How many
lines of text will fit on the laser engraved dog tags?
-The engraving area is 0.65” x 1.25”. If you have a lot of text we will
reduce it to fit. Typically six or seven lines would be limit. With this
many lines the text will be small, but legible.
Can both sides be engraved?
-Yes. The second side can be engraved with either the same information as
on side one or something different. Second side engraving adds $0.25 per
tag. This applies to both laser engraved custom dog tags and full color
novelty dog tags.
What file format should I send my logo?
-The best file format for engraving is Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps file.
We also accept high resolution .tiff and .jpeg. We are both Mac and PC
based.
Does the price listed include the chain?
-Yes. The price listed includes a ball chain. Deduct $0.10 for the split
ring and $0.15 for just the tag and no hardware.
Can I mix ball chains and split rings?
-Yes. Ball chains and split rings can be combined in a single order as
long as the combined quantity meets the minimum order.

Can I assort the tag
colors?
-Yes. Dog tag colors can be assorted. Minimum per color is 25 pcs.
When will my order ship?
-Typical production lead-time is 10-15 days. We do offer a 5 day rush
service on most custom printed orders. The charge for rush service is 15% of
the product total.
Is there an artwork set-up charge?
-Set-up charges vary depending on the product. Some products have no
set-up charge. Refer to individual product pages for details.
Can I mix and match
silencer and tag colors?
-Yes. The minimum for rubber silencers and dog tag colors is 25 per
combination. I
need consecutive numbering, can this be done?
-Yes. Consecutive numbering is available on Military embossed, Custom
engraved and Full color novelty dog tags. The additional charge per tag is
$0.15. I need a
different name on each tag, can this be done?
-Yes. Text file input is available on Military embossed, Custom engraved
and Ful color novelty dog tags. The additional charge per tag is $0.15. |
