Does the
price include laser engraving?
-Yes, the prices listed on the product pages include single position
single sided laser engraving. Optional second engraving is available on
some items (see individual pages for details).
How many characters will fit in the image area?
-We don’t count characters since we can enlarge and reduce your text to
fit in the image area. For lots of text we can set the type on more than
one line. In all cases your text will be clearly legible.
Do you charge a set-up fee?
-Most items do not incur set-up charges. Check product pages for details.
For items with initial set-up charges we do not charge set-up fees on
reorders when the same artwork is being used. |
Can I get my logo on
the product?
-Yes, in most cases we can engrave your logo alone or in combination with
text. The exception is when the logo contains too much detail for the size
it must be reduced to in order to fit on the product.
What file formats do you accept?
-Artwork should be in black and white and saved as either .TIFF, Adobe
Illustrator, or high resolution .JPEG. In most cases, superior results are
obtained from vector based files (ie. .ai, .eps). We accept both Mac and PC
files.
Do you accept rush orders?
-Yes, rush service is available on most items and will be determined by
our production schedule when your order is placed. Rush orders are shipped
within 5 working days and are subject to 15% rush charge. |
