 Production and Shipping:

• Typical production time for blank items is 2 - 3 business days and 10 - 15 business days for custom imprinted items. Lead-times may vary depending on receipt of artwork and/or availability of materials.

• Rush service is available on most custom imprinted items. Please call for more details.

• Prices may change without notice

• No changes allowed after product production has started

• Cancelled orders will be billed for all work completed

• No returns accepted unless of a printing error. See returns policy for more details

• Returned blank goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Freight and set-up charges are non-refundable

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise at time of order

• All items are packaged in bulk

• Special packaging is available (call for quote)

• Payment is either by major credit card, corporate purchase card or check

• F.O.B. our factory

• Drop ship service charge: $5 per location

• Random samples are available upon request

• Preproduction samples will be billed at $50 and credited towards actual order

Artwork:

• Artwork proofs available upon request
• No order will proceed until we receive a signed approval
• Camera-ready (B&W) artwork is required for all original designs to avoid set-up charge.
• We will typeset at no additional charge
• Any modification or addition to original artwork will be billed at $25/hr (one hr min)
• Emailed artwork should be in PC file format and accompanied by a faxed hardcopy
• We are PC based, but will accept MAC files saved in PC format
• Accepted file formats are Adobe Illustrator, TIFF and EPS
• Fonts should be converted to paths with all imported TIFF and EPS files included
• One-time artwork set-up fee for imprinted labels: $35
  There is NO set-up charge for most laser engraved items. Check product page for details. This applies to camera-ready artwork only. There will be a $25 charge for non-camera ready artwork.
• Imprint color change (BKC-SL): $7 per ink color change
