Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction
with your purchase is very important to us and we make every effort to see
that your ordering experience is a good one. In order for you to feel more
secure with your purchase we offer free samples of all our blank and
custom printed products for your review.
Non-imprinted Products:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your blank item purchase we
will accept a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies
only to items we currently stock on our shelves. Custom made products,
such as, most blank lanyards are not returnable unless deemed defective by
us. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our
processing costs. All returns must have prior approval and be accompanied
with a return authorization number.
Custom Printed Products:
We do not accept returns of custom printed products unless of a
printing mistake. We do offer faxed artwork paper proofs for your approval
prior to order production. Please note, freight and set-up charges are
non-refundable.
